- By using Edumate, users agree to abide by all rules, guidelines, and applicable local laws.
- Edumate provides a platform for connecting students ('Clients') with experts ('Providers') for academic support services.
- Users must not use Edumate for cheating, exam assistance, or any form of academic dishonesty.
- All users must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
- Edumate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms.
- All posted content (assignments, messages, submissions) must comply with academic integrity and legal standards.
- Edumate may update these terms at any time; users will be notified of changes.
User Conduct Policy
- Users are expected to act respectfully and honestly in all interactions.
- Plagiarism, harassment, or any fraudulent behavior will result in account suspension.
- Experts must provide original, high-quality work tailored to assignment requirements.
- Students must not download work and request unfair refunds.
- Both parties are expected to use the built-in chat system for communication.
Dispute Resolution Policy
- Students can report an issue by clicking the 'Report' button within the assignment page.
- A 24-hour dispute review window will be enforced before payment is processed.
- Admins will review chat logs, timestamps, and submissions to determine fair outcomes.
- Decisions made by Edumate admin are final and binding.
- Repeated dispute abuse will result in user suspension or permanent ban.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only when the student reports dissatisfaction before payment is released.
- Partial or full refunds may be issued depending on admin review of the case.
- If a refund is granted, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refund requests will not be honored if plagiarism is found but the student had approved the work earlier.
Privacy Policy
- Edumate collects minimal user information necessary for account management and communication.
- User data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.
- All chat and submission data are logged for dispute resolution purposes.
- Passwords and payment details are encrypted and securely stored.
- Users can request account deletion at any time.
